Technical Project Manager

A niche, established independent housebuilder based in North Somerset have just moved to new larger premises and are set for another great year. They employ 30 staff members across all disciplines and are now looking for a leading technical expert to continue steering them in the right direction.

You will run multiple projects ‘post planning’ ranging from 8 to 40 units across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Overseeing a technical coordinator you will be responsible for all the architectural and engineering aspects of projects along with running the ‘drawing information’.

To be considered for this unique opportunity you will have previous experience at a developer or consultancy specialise in the residential sector. You will be competent in discharging planning conditions, managing external consultants and hold a thorough understanding of the building regulations.
